Real machines are the most expensive way to train

New operators take months to become safe, and every hour of that on real equipment costs downtime, fuel, and risk. Some procedures cannot be rehearsed on the real machine at all, because the failure you are training for is the one you cannot afford to let happen. I build industrial simulators because that gap, between needing to practice and not being able to afford to, is real, expensive, and solvable.

I have spent ten years building simulators in Unreal Engine. This work spans heavy equipment, defense, datacenter operations, and technical education. Different industries, one problem each time: put the machine and the procedure in front of a person before the stakes are real.

Over time the work shifted from teaching procedures to assessing competence. The datacenter operations exam, where every result could be defended, is the clearest example of that direction. I work in industrial training because machines are expensive, dangerous, and hard to get time on. That is exactly where a faithful simulation earns its keep. Simvra is where that work continues under one name.

THE FOUNDER

Muhammad Faisal

founder, Simvra

I am Muhammad Faisal, and you work directly with the person building your simulator. There are no account managers between us. I limit active builds so your project gets dedicated attention instead of sitting in a queue. My working window runs 9:00 to 21:00 WIB, overlapping European and Gulf working days so replies do not wait overnight. When we need your subject-matter experts, the ask is limited to four to eight hours per module, and you see where every hour goes.

HOW PROJECTS ARE STAFFED

Simvra is founder-led. I lead the design and build of every simulator, bringing in specialist 3D artists and developers as the scope demands. The specialists on your build are there because the work calls for them, and they carry the same standards from the first scene to handover.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES

  1. You always hold your source

Project source, scenes, and builds are handed to you at every milestone rather than at the end, so at any moment you hold everything needed to continue. Your simulator is owned, not rented: Simvra keeps only its reusable framework, licensed to you perpetually and non-exclusively.
  2. Every milestone ships documentation

Each build arrives with the notes and instructions a competent Unreal Engine team could pick up cold. Whether you hand this to an internal team or scale it with external developers, your source, builds, and that perpetual framework license ensure you are never locked into a single vendor.
  3. Numbers we would defend on a call

Every figure on this site is one I would repeat on a live call, and where a number would need padding to impress, you get the honest qualitative answer instead. When something is not feasible at your budget, you hear that before you have spent anything.
