The five things everyone asks

A fixed-price pilot starts at $6,000 and takes 2-5 weeks. From there, a typical full program runs $20,000-$45,000 depending on scenario count, equipment complexity, and assessment depth. And if you start a full build within 6 months, 50% of the pilot is credited, since its groundwork carries straight into the program. Full bands and what moves them are on the How we work page.

A pilot is on your hardware in 2-5 weeks, and a complete single-scenario simulator typically takes 2-3.5 months. If you have CAD, it goes straight into the pipeline. If you don't, we model your equipment from photos and measurements, working from your manuals to get its behavior right, which adds some modeling time up front but doesn't stop the project. Either way you see a new build every week from week one.

A standalone VR headset. No high-end PC, no tethering cables, and no dedicated simulator room required. Fleets are managed through standard XR device management (ArborXR, ManageXR), licensed by you. Standalone builds run fully offline on the training floor. Connected features like live dashboards, multiplayer, or data feeds need a network, and we scope for what your site allows. Desktop versions are available where headsets aren't practical.

Assessment is built in, not bolted on: scored steps, pass/fail criteria, and per-session results. Results can be exported or integrated with LMS systems such as SCORM/xAPI where required. The same assessment engine has run a hiring exam for a global cloud provider's datacenter operations.

You do. Scenes, training content, builds, and project source are all handed over at milestones, so your simulator is owned, not rented. Simvra keeps its reusable framework and licenses it to you perpetually and non-exclusively. You're never locked in.
