Generic libraries train generic procedures on generic equipment. That's useful for universal content like fire safety, and wrong for your machine and your SOPs. They also rent: per-seat, per-year, forever, and the content is never yours. A custom simulator is built once from your CAD, scored against your procedures, and owned outright. If a library genuinely covers your need, we'll tell you so on the call.

Two mechanisms prevent it. Assessment data shows who is training, who isn't, and how they're progressing. And train-the-trainer sessions at deployment mean your staff run the program confidently without a vendor in the room.

Every session produces scored data: steps passed, errors made, time to competency. Compare cohorts against your current baseline, whether that's ramp-up time, incident rate, or instructor hours. The assessment engine has run at formal exam grade for a global cloud provider's datacenter hiring.

No. Environments and equipment are modular packages, so a revised component updates without rebuilding the simulator. Actively evolving systems can put content updates on a care plan; stable ones update per change.

NDA before any material exchange, offered before you ask. CAD is used solely to build your simulator, and everything built from it is yours. Deletion on request.

CAD (CATIA/SolidWorks/STEP), your SOPs, roughly four to eight SME hours per module, and headsets at deployment. Or we spec the purchase with you.
